• Configure Dab GitHub access, create/private repo for the Notice Board, connect it to Tailscale Funnel, and deploy as a phone-accessible standalone web app.
• Intent: only Dab modifies/updates it; Ananth can view from phone.
• Progress: installed GitHub CLI and Vercel CLI on the Pi; both are visible to Claude Code.
• Added CLAUDE.md so Claude Code knows the render/deploy workflow.
• Completed: private GitHub repo created and pushed; dashboard served from the Pi on port 8080 via notice-board.service; exposed at https://hermes-agent.tail8e09c4.ts.net/ using Tailscale Funnel. Vercel path abandoned in favor of local-first serving.
